9% tax is not included in any rate quoted and must be paid on arrival along with any balance due. A One-Third deposit is required to reserve any apartment and may be paid by, personal check, cash, or money order.. Balance due should be paid on arrival.

Although every effort will be made to secure the apartment you wish at the time of reservation, sometimes we may have to substitute an equal or better unit. Weekly rates are available (Sat. to Sat.).
